Steve Orander on leadership
Steve explains why every Proxurve engagement starts from a leadership perspective rather than a technical one. The first step is an Executive Leadership Conversation, where Steve and two colleagues ask what you want to accomplish as a leader and as an organization, and only then how technology supports it. If both sides agree, a discovery follows with an emphasis on cybersecurity, then an internal review by Proxurve's engineers and a roundtable with you to weigh the findings against your culture and priorities. A budgetary proposal comes only if you ask for one. The whole process runs about six to eight weeks.

Brian Beck on cybersecurity and AI
On The Future-Proof Leader podcast, Brian makes the case that cybersecurity belongs at the CEO and CFO level, because those are the people carrying the liability. His analogy is a concrete foundation: AI, like water, finds every crack in your infrastructure, so an unsecured data environment gets exposed quickly and expensively once AI tools arrive.
