Our Approach

At Proxurve Solutions we value people, listening to our client’s questions, and gaining understanding of their situations.  We model those values through our initial engagement process – our Executive Leadership Conversation (ELC).  This complimentary 30-minute non-technical virtual meeting, via TEAMS/Zoom, involves our President, VP of Engineering and a Senior Consultant. (Our Team)

The simple agenda involves a conversation focused on:

  1. Understanding you and your business
  2. Informing/answering questions regarding our firm
  3. Share some best practices we have identified regarding Cybersecurity and Network reliability

As a result of this conversation, if there is mutual agreement to engage in a more extensive conversation, we move forward with the “IT Like An Owner Discovery Process” to understand how we may be of assistance to your organization in the areas of Cybersecurity, AI Implementation, and Network Managed Services.

Analyze

We use Proxurve’s experience and best practices, combined with ongoing industry standard reviews, to analyze the current state of your organization’s IT infrastructure. We look at everything from internet connectivity to disaster recovery. A report is then generated specific to your situation, needs, and your organization ranking within the suggested best practices and methodologies.

Gain Feedback

We know Cybersecurity, AI, and Network Management, but we don’t know your organization. Your history, your current, and your future are all things that we value and need to be incorporated into your Cyber roadmap.

We will review the results of our report in a roundtable discussion where you help us determine the next steps for your organization since you best understand the key priorities you are focused on with your team.

Create Design

As the name suggests we take the results of our reporting, add your feedback, create the Cybersecurity infrastructure design, and prepare it for presentation to you.

Implementation of Design

After both parties review the design and answer any questions, we provide an implementation plan including timelines, budgetary requirements, and end user impact. Our detailed implementation plan includes daily/weekly updates, touch points, and budgetary compliance checks to ensure we stay on plan and at or below budget.

Monitor Results

The best made plans mean nothing if they are not measured and monitored against the original objectives. Once the newly provided infrastructure is fully operational, we will proactively monitor the overall health and safety of your network, endpoints, access points, and end user satisfaction.
